Make a Reservation
La richiesta di prenotazione può essere fatta tramite una semplice e-mail o telefonicamente,
riceverete da noi una mail di conferma dell'avvenuta ricezione, accompagnata da indicazioni delle modalità per il pagamento.
Il versamento della caparra può essere effettuato con Carte di Credito, o tramite bonifico bancario, mentre la cauzione potrà essere resa in contanti all’atto del check in.

The reservation can be done with a simple e-mail or by telephone, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of receipt, together with suggestions of how to pay.
You can pay the reservation with credit cards or bank transfer, while the deposit may be made in cash upon check in.
In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the stay or in case of failure to cancel it will be charged the first night.

All’interno del Residence, solo all’appartamento di primo piano, sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia.
E’ vietato fumare all’interno dei locali.
Si raccomanda di rispettare il silenzio nelle ore canoniche 22.00 - 08.00 e 14.00 - 16.00.
A fine permanenza, dovranno essere riconsegnate le chiavi.
Inside the Residence, little pets are allowed only the apartment on the first floor.
It's prohibited smoking inside rooms.
It’s recommended to observe the silence in the canonical hours 10pm - 8am and 2pm - 4pm.
At the end of stay, will be handed the keys.
